I will start out by saying that Jeff is very honest, good at what he does, and charges a fair price.
I booked through Genbook and showed up for my Appt. only to find that Jeff had to leave early. I left my contact information and was never called back. I then setup another Appt. on Genbook, and nobody answered the phone to confirm my Appt. Lastly I called and someone answered and told me that Jeff was picking up some parts and he would call me back, but no call? I had to take my car to dealer.
