I first went to Brittany in October of 2009. I actually across the salon on City Search. I called to make an appointment, and told the lady of the phone that I'd like to see someone who had experience with curly hair. She told me I should see Brittany, so that's exactly what I did. \r

#1 mark of someone who knows how to cut and style curls: she took a look at it, felt it, and asked me questions about how it behaved. Only when we agreed on her understanding of it did we go to the shampoo station. Right off the bat, Brittany impressed me. \r

I needed a decent trim (about 2-3 inches, I think), and I told her that I didn't want to lose too much length. She listened, suggested some slight layering to give it shape and loosen some bulk. And that was exactly what she did. Whenever I go in for a cut or trim, she does exactly what I ask her to do. \r

Everyone's wonderfully friendly, they don't push products or procedures on you, and the price is right. I paid $50 last time for my cut and style. And I bought a product that Brittany indroduced me to (it's the only product I use! Imagine that, on curly hair!)\r

Moral of the story: if you have curls, I suggest you go see Brittany. You won't be sorry.
Pros: Everything: Price, Ambiance, Parking, staff.
Cons: None that I've found, and I'm a repeat customer
