Last week the good folks at this salon (Jeffrey Michael's Salon, in Lake Forest) literally saved my daughter's wedding, when her scheduled hair and makeup artist (from another studio) failed to show at our house, at 7am, the morning of her wedding.
My wife had recently become a customer of Jeffrey Michael's Salon, and she gave them a desperation phone call, about 8 am. Their response was AMAZING! They pulled together a small team of people to prepare my wife, my daughter, and her attendants for the wedding, scheduled to begin in just a few hours -- and they turned a budding disaster into a wonderful success!
Their reaction was extraordinary, both as individuals who did such wonderful work on so short a notice, and as a business, by going far beyond the norm to help a bride on the edge of disaster!
I heartily recommend them to anyone seeking a really excellent salon!
