Jeff is the most knowledgeable and efficient computer technician whom has ever assisted me in fixing and installing my business computers. Several times he has repaired my computers when they crashed and I feared that I had lost all my data. He works quickly and has served as a strong advocate for me when I had warranty issues with Dell computer.
