I have beeen using Jeff Roberts as my IT guy for my business over 10 years. As a professional Investment Advisor, my business is extremely computer focused. A major computer problem can leave me stranded. Having Jeff in my corner makes me feel confident that my business will always be up and running. Jeff has always been readily available to assist when I've had computer issues. In my experience he has returned all of my calls within the same day, most times within the hour. He is extremely knowledgable with computers (speed, performance, virus, connectivity), networks, storage devices, back up solutions and has help my business in all of those areas. Even though my business is too small to have a full-time IT person, I feel confident and releived knowing that Jeff is available when I need him.
