I have just learned a valuable lesson when talking with JD Vigil. Sometimes when we are upset or feel we aren't being heard, we need to step back from the situation and see what really needs to be acknowledged and try to lay aside our frustrations. When this is done, then you can actually move forward and resolve the problems. I have so appreciated their service department at JD Vigil, when they have had to come out and fix things and now I even have greater respect for the company as Mr Vigil took the time to work through our concerns and to listen to us. That is a sign of good leadership in a company - to acknowledge the situation, to hear the people who buy from them, and then help to move it forward in a positive way.
