Please look else where. My furnace and ac worked before I had them come do a tune up. I waited till the hottest day to turn on the ac and guess what it magically doesn't work anymore after their tune-up. On two occassions they have "no showed" for scheduled appointments. The last straw was calling them at 815 in the morning and they said they could have someone out between 4-6pm I took the day off of work for this appointment no one showed no one called. I called at 6 to find out what was going on and that was their answering service (very nice) then the on call guy call's and says it will be $179 for him to come out. WHAT!!! I don't think so I had a scheduled appointment and this is a call back from work I already paid $300 for. Bob said well if you want me to come out you will pay after hours prices. I f you want customer service do not use JD Vigil because they don't show for their appointments and they do shotty work. Horrible Company.
