I'm in my mid-20s and Jazzercise is something that I had initially turned my nose up to because I remembered attending classes with my mom when I was 5, so I assumed it was a thing of the '80s. Boy was I wrong! I've never been much of a ""sweater,"" but Jazzercise definitely changed that for me...I leave feeling like I just got a GREAT workout and am ENERGIZED for the day! It is so much fun because the music stays current and the routines are always changing. The hour long workout flies by b/c it's so much fun!
I'm a grad student and I get comments all the time from people saying, ""Gosh, how do you find time to stay so fit? You look great!"" But Jazzercise makes that easy because it's truly a community and we hold one another accountable. Not to mention, it's so much fun that it's addicting! :) For instance, after vacation for a week, my body craves it and I can't wait to get back in my workout routine. Jazzercise is truly for anyone and everyone, as long as you're ready to have a great time getting toned!
