I joined Jazzercise when I was teaching elementary school and was introduced to it by some other teachers. I was amazed at how much fun it was and how quickly I slimmed down. In an hour workout you get great music to dance to, variety that keeps your mind occupied, weight training, cardio, and stretching! I lost 20 pounds in a few months! Then before I got married, I went back to Jazzercise. I loved carving out some time for myself, but it also wasn't so much time that it was more stress. Jazzercise is a great all-inclusive workout. It slims you down and cheers you up!
