There wasn't the usual five or six trips back to talk to the manager to see if we could deal. Of course we did deal that very day. And I myself will be going to Jay Wolfe's to trade my 4Runner in on a new one. I'm actually looking forward to it.. If you want a dealership that is in the business of actually doing the deal,"" LOOK NO FURTHER'!!! Give these guys chance you will not be sorry. I pulled in to Jay Wolf Toyota on Manchester needing a car. As a women looking for a car alone, I was scared that I was going to have a bad experience. My salesman, MARK MUELLER, listened to me first and formost. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. There was no pressure, in fact, the whole experience was quite pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone lookng for a car, new or used, to go see Mark Mueller (636.288.8910). He has been there for 5 years and truly will change your perception of a car salesman. New car purchase and servicing 4/14/2010

I have purchased two cars from Jay Wolfe, a 2007 Camry and a 2010 Corolla s, both were pleasant experiences. The salesman (Uther) was friendly and informative. They did not have the color that I was looking for with a sunroof so he called around and found one by the next day. They worked with me on the price and financing 0%. All in all a great experience. By the way each time I have brought my Camry in for service, they have bent over backwards to take care of me. GREAT JOB!!! Pros: friendly, price & service more

Bad pricing 3/22/2007

They have a huge selection on their lot, but I have to wonder if it is because they never sell a car except to real suckers that will pay whatever these guys want them to. Asked them to beat an under invoice quote that I had already gotten from several area dealers and their response was a quote of more than $1000 *over* invoice. They refused to budge from that quote, too! \r \r In fairness, we have used this dealer to do an oil change or two on another Toyota that we own, and they've done such at reasonable prices. So maybe the scam at this dealer is the sales more than the servicing.
