I can say without reservation, that Jay Wolfe Toyota has far exceeded my epectations recently. My car was brought to you for diagnosis, in which I had the head reworked and which I had done re-assembly of engine, only to find the fuel mixture was horribly over-rich. Your service department gave me some scope on the problem, but i had doubts about the accuracy of this prognosis. ( as you probably recall i delivered to you a some what lenghty sob story on this subject-my apologies, kevin. The car was returned and placed in the care of Scott Dickherber. At this point the car's problem was not only diagnosed again, but REPAIRED, addressing just the problems that were explained two days earlier. As an auto enthusiast who enjoys doing his own maint and repair, i have been truly humbled by your staffs knowledge, professionalism and hugh level of gracious customer care. Ive been almost suprised to find these qualities still exist at such a remarkable level. Wonderful expierience beyond any expectaions.\r more

At the end of December I bought a 2007 Rav 4 at your dealership and am enjoying immensely driving it. The whole experience of buying it was an excellent one from start to finish and everyone involved was very helpful and pleasant. I especially want to commend Mark M., whom I met on the phone, an then in person at the dealership. From start to finish he was courteous, unintimidating, and informative. He fund exactly the right vehicle for me, and explained all its interiors. He is probably the best salesman I have encountered. Dan in the finance department was also helpful, patient, and informative. more

Jamie and I went looking for a car a year ago and ran into a salesman who was friends with a friend of mine from church. WHen I called him 9 months later read to purchase, he had left to Scottrade and referred me to Mark M. at Toyota of West County. My friendtold me that Mark handles the large transaction with business and is also the leading salesman at Toyota of West County and if there is any sales guy with negotiating power, he'll be bale to help me get the deal I want. I did my research, contacted other dealers, and went in and mark was able to negotiate with managment and beat the competition and get us into the Camry we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Mark is also a Christian and handled himself accordingly, the process was transparent throughout and he continues to follow up with us to make sure all is well. You should see the many years of awards and testimonials at his desk. more

My wife I recently purchased a new car. In my lifetime, now age 66, this has been a pleasant experience only 3 times. two of these were at Jay Wolfe. Mark talks to you not ""down"" to you. There wasn't the usual adversarial relationship. He answered our questions with stright answers. We discussed the price of the new vehicle and after a short time, we agreed on a price satisfactory to both of us. I did check other toyota dealers over the internet and found it difficult to get the information I needed to make a comparison. I also visited Nissan and Acura dealers. The turning point was they didn't give me the ""comfort"" level Mark did. more

Thank you for the introduction to yur service departments and tie spent with your staff. Being in the the shop was a great time to learn about things we wondered about but didn't find ourselves in a position to ask. Also, thank you for the great gifts! The car care products are appreciate, and we look forward to useing the coupons. And of course, I'll have to use the toyota mug in my Toyota Rav4 all-important and critical cup holder. The water bottle cozy is something I've wanted for a while, and now I hace one. more
