Had what appeared to be about 6 mexican teenagers on my roof with minimal supervision. They trashed out my back yard and stepped thru the ceiling in my living room. They broke a 40 year old statue and a LARGE vase and pedestal for which I was not reimbursed anything for,an offer was not even made.After the job was completed I gave the rep 261 nails that I picked up in my yard, on the roof and in my gutters, also had 3 big plastic bags in my neighbors yard. The old vents (25 yrs old) were painted and reinstalled. (not new ones).The hole in my ceiling was partially repaired by a subcontractor and completed by the " roof supervisor. The roof supervisor spoke to me only once, because I asked him why he trashed out my back yard instead of throwing the trash in the trailer. Not customer freindly. more

Was so impressed how fast you came out after I sent the initial email. Set the date for 3 days later and was out there as promised. It was going to rain later that day so they brought more men to get it finished. Didn't finish the first day because of the rain, but were out there first thing the next morning and job was completed by noon. Was impressed how well they cleaned up, also. Would recommend. I only have small issues... 1. there is a credit balance on my account - will I receive a check? 2. objects were moved and not put back where they were. 3. Jasper uses roofing teams that work together all the time, and it shows in the excellent quality of their work. They arrived early and really impressed with their teamwork. You could hear that they had a very good rhythm going and they finished in less than eight hours. They cleaned up, and hauled away the old materials so well that my beautiful new roof is the only indication that they had been there at all. Word of mouth is the only advertising Jasper needs because they do such a fantastic job that customers can't help but refer tham to friends and neighbors. Jasper Roof has done a fine job on our roof. The sales experience was a little confusing after having three different salesman. We attributed this to the scope of work left after the hail damage in our area and the amount of work available. We just wish that we could have seen a couple of local people working for the company, but the workers that installed the roof did an excellent job. Everything went fine,only one complaint my wife picked the Owens Corning shingle color being teak in color.said color has a small amount of blue.The day before the roof was scheduled to be installed Brett called me on my cell to advise me there was a problem attaining the teak Owens but could get another brand Gaf that had the same color was a actual upgrade. I ask Brett if he was sure it was same color and he said yes.I trusted Brett because he was so straight forward with my wfe and I throughout. Now I have a wife who is not completely satisfied.I really dont like complaining but after spending such a large amount of money these mistakes should not happen.referred by more

This is a national company and they know what they are doing. The roof looks great. A minor problem of not replacing an attic fan was taken care of right away. 1) DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. LOOK ON THE BACK IT SAYS IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 3 DAYS YOU OWE THEM $1,600 OR SO. THIS IS NOT A VALID CONTRACT, IT IS A SCARE TACTIC AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! YOU DO NOT SIGN THE BACK OF THE PAPER THAT STATES THIS AND BESIDES IT'S THE BACK OF A CARBON COPY YOU DON'T SEE WHEN YOU SIGN!!! I TOLD HIM TO TAKE ME TO COURT, THEN THEY JUST RAN TO THE NEXT HOUSE OR STORM...\r 2) They will not give you an estimate on replacing your roof.\r 3) They want your insurance information, and will want to deal directly with them directly, so that they can get all of the money and ask for more from your insurance, wonder why insurance rates are high? You call your own insurance and get an adjuster to come out and look. After you get the adjusters repair costs then present it to the reportable company you selected, if more money is needed the company can submit to insurance for more.\r 4) They are not local to your town and are storm chasers they store roofing supplies maybe near your disaster, always look at the license plate of the vehicle. Ask them to see their local office. If you have problems later these people will be nowhere around you.\r 5) Call and get 3 quotes from LOCAL reportable companies that will give you written estimates on your roof for size, and type of shingles. I found some local ones that came out and did it for free. I told them I will let them know when I’m ready and want to be home when they replace it. No problem for any of them.\r 6) They will not stop calling you, one came to my house uninvited and knocked on my door. I had to put a sign of another roofing company in my yard to keep them away. \r 7) These people are salesmen not interested in you as a customer only getting insurance money, don’t believe me ask them for a quote.\r 8) Don’t be afraid to cancel if you already signed with them. more

the last crew did a better job--tar paper was different thicknesses and the nailers were in consistant. did not nail the proper amount of nails per section. i was told a heater vent was improperly installed--you did it last time.i was told 3 plywood sections had to be changed-and i would be charged $150 for two. i think that charge should be included in the insured amount.the quality and material of the job done this time was only fair. your quality is dis appointing this time paul cashio more

Jasper was tremendous from start to finish. Nolan, the account manager, was great to work with and made sure I was taken care of every stop of the way and if he couldn't be there, he made sure someone was. Everyone was very cordial and helpful and gave top-rated customer service. My new roof looks fantastic! I will definitely recomend Jasper to anyone I know who needs a new roof. I FEEL AS IF YOU TOOK THE CREAM OFF THE TOP AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN COMPLETING YOUR JOB BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE ROOF OF THE DOUBLEWIDE TRAILER THAT I OWN AS WELL. THIS REALY LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. more
