I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. My experience there was very positive. I took my fiancee in to look at bands. We described what we liked and the first one the salesman pulled out is the one I ended up buying later (after looking through the rest of his store and at many other jewelers.) He knew his stuff! I went back later without my fiancee and learned all about the various types of diamonds (I already knew a lot of it but let them teach me.) I got exactly the quality/price combo that I wanted. We were so pleased that we went back and bought my wedding band there as well.\r \r I took her engagement ring to be independently appraised by another jeweler and it appraised for almost twice what I paid. I bought a ring at the lynnwood store for my wife it took them 3 months to stretch the ring and install the large diamond on it 2 years ago. I spent around 8,000 on it. 2 year later the rock and the bracket falls out will shopping. We searched everywhere couldnt find it. The store blew us off. Said that there was nothing they could do. My wife wore it once a week to church thats it because she works in a dental office. I know it was a poor weld job on the bracket because I weld for a living. \r They wouldnt even look at it dont shop there. Awful store, rip off, worse store ever, worse service ever, just want your money., Now I have to fork out 5500 for the rock agian but not from this store thats for sure. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Dont go there, go anywhere but there........ Pros: worse quality on the planet. Cons: worse quality on the planet. more

I went to Jared and I felt humiliated!! There were no other shoppers at the store but me and my partner and NONE of their sales reps offered to help!! Why?? Well I wasn't in a suit!! I was wearing jeans hair in a pony and partner in sweats. We didn't plan to go that day but we didn't think our appearance was going to matter. We were wrong!! People say they offer you drinks??? What drinks?!?! I had to make eye contact for about a minute with the manager for him to notice that all the sales reps were PRETENDING not to see us!! He finally sent someone with us!! The person was very boring and didn't seem to care and seemed tired of us!! If you plan on going, make sure you're ALL dressed up!! Makeup and all!! Other wise you're going to be invisible to them!! Yeah, the jewelry was pretty but it wasn't going to be free, i was going to pay for it!! Jared if you read this: YOU NEED MEW SALES PEOPLE!! PEOPLE WHO CARE AND WANT TO SHARE THE EXPERIENCE OF AN ENGAGEMENT!! Pros: The pretty jewelry, but not worth the humiliation and being treated as if we were invisible! My husband spent over $10000.00 on my engagement ring, wedding ring, and two wedding day gifts which is a ring and necklace. By engagement ring diamond came loose twice in 6 months, a sapphire has fallen out of my wedding band three times in 4 months, and a sapphire fell out of my sapphire necklace within the first 3 months. Jared?s excuse is that I wear my jewelry when I sleep (which I don?t) or that I use my hands too much?.Seriously!!! Plus I sit at a computer all day. This is the worst place to buy any kind of jewelry. There is a reason they offer a lifetime warranty!!! Stay away from this place?.Kmart would have better stuff!! I've had a HORRIBLE experience with Jared Galleria of Jewelry. My husband and I went there for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The center diamond was purchased seperately for my engagement ring. They have to send platinum rings out to another shop for the diamond to be set and it takes a month. Mine came back looking horribly weird and unprofessional twice. They worked on it in their shop to try to make it better, but it didn't help at all. They try to call and have me pick it up every time as if it looks half-way decent to see if they can get away with it. Because of them, I couldn't wear my engagement ring during most of our engagement. I finally accepted it soon before the wedding, even though it didn't look very good or secure (they assured me it wouln't fall out) because otherwise I wouldn't have had it back by the wedding (plus I hate to hurt my husband's feelings about problems with the gift he gave me). Well, we've been married a month now and the diamond fell out! Fortunately, we were at home so it wasn't lost (although it came close to falling down the drain). Since we bought the diamond elsewhere, they won't replace it if it falls out due to their faulty workmanship. Maybe they hoped it would fall out so we'd buy the replacement diamond from them (not likely). And, even though they took a large piece of platinum out of each ring when sizing them down (which they keep), and even though they've put us through a lot of unpleasantness and wasted tons of our time, they're going to charge us for the tiny amount of platinum added to make the band fit to the engagement ring. Oh, and some of the people working there are kind of nice, but none of them know diddly squat about jewelry! Most seem like they don't care about customers either. Stay away, especially for important purchases! Pros: Location was convenient for us Cons: pretty much everything! more
