I bought a ring at the lynnwood store for my wife it took them 3 months to stretch the ring and install the large diamond on it 2 years ago. I spent around 8,000 on it. 2 year later the rock and the bracket falls out will shopping. We searched everywhere couldnt find it. The store blew us off. Said that there was nothing they could do. My wife wore it once a week to church thats it because she works in a dental office. I know it was a poor weld job on the bracket because I weld for a living. \r
They wouldnt even look at it dont shop there. Awful store, rip off, worse store ever, worse service ever, just want your money., Now I have to fork out 5500 for the rock agian but not from this store thats for sure. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Dont go there, go anywhere but there........
