My 97 Landcruiser gets the best care with Japanese Connection. The staff are very customer friendly, efficient, and I believe they work to get me the best deal possible for repairs. more

As a woman I feel very comfortable with the service and quality of work done by JC. I always receive great service and attention. It is never uncomfortable and they are very good at explaining what needs to be done in laymans term... I won't go anywhere else. more

Very favorable 7/27/2010

Over the years I had been having my car serviced at the dealership. I was told I needed to have 3 different repairs done. Kraig Hermes at Japanese connections put my car on the lift and showed me the areas that would need attention in time and told me to bring the car in regularly so he could moniter the need when repairs are necessary. That was a year ago. I appreciate him showing me the areas on the underside of my car more

I never worry when I take my car in. The service is done on time or if it's later than expected it's because of a part that needed to be ordered. My 94 4-Runner runs great! more

I know I can trust that when I take my car to Japenese Connection that they'll do a good job at a reasonable price. They also let me know if other work needs doing but don't do a hard sell if it's something that can wait. I have been jacked around by some pretty reputable local mechanics but I haven't been at Japanese Connection and that's a really big deal in an industry that has more than it's fair share of dishonest practioners!! more

Japanese Connection has provided excellent service on both of our "aging" vehicles. They never try to push services or parts beyond what is required. They are prompt but don't rush their work; if they need to keep it over night, they really need to keep it over night! The service manager is friendly and knowledgeable and always knows what is required to keep our vehicles running properly. Honest, reliable and fair - Very rare qualities these days! more

Great Independent Auto Repair Shop 7/5/2010

I have been a customer of Japanese Connection for many years. I use to take my 89 Nissan Sentra in yearly for service and never had a repair/service problem with them during all that time. In 2004 I bought a new Toyota Corolla which they now service. Their prices are fair and they back up their work with a 12month/12thousand mile warranty. I highly recommend them. more

I have been doing business with Japanese Connection for more than 14 years, They have serviced my autos and I have also purchased an auto from them. My experience doing business with Japanese Connection is that they are honest and Friendly, they will not do any work on your vehicle without you knowing exactly what it is and how much it will cost. They also stand behind their work. I trust Japanese Connection with all of my car or truck maintanence and repairs. more

They go out of their way to work with their customers. 6/15/2010

Japanese Connection goes out of their way for their customer. The last time I was there, there were some warranty issues and Japanese Connection went out of their way to work with the insurance company in order to resolve it. I have used them for almost a year. They are fast, and they explain things to me. For me, as a woman, I sometimes go into repair shops and they don't really believe what I have to say. The Japanese Connection employees listen to what I have to say and ask questions to make sure they understand my point of view. They will work you in. I have dealt with other places that will tell me the car will be done in a little bit, and it takes 4 hours to finish. That is not a little bit to me. Japanese Connection gives me an exact time and works me into their schedule. They are good to work with.
