They were able to get me in same day though I told them they did not need to rush. I bring my car here from New Mexico because they seem to be honest and not always trying to do repairs I don't need. Had different shop in NM say I need new power steering and here they only replaced a part & flushed it and the noise is gone and several $100 less than original quote. Thanks Guys. more

Ecellent repair shop 5/15/2013

I brought my Honda Accord to Japanese Connection to have the oil pan rethreaded rather than replaced. The oil pan on this model is aluminum which is easily damaged if too much force is applied in tightening the drain plug. This damage was done by a discount repair shop. (a potentially very expensive discount ! ) In short order the repair was performed . more

So honest and trustworthy 4/29/2013

Japanese Connection is amazing. I have my 2007 Acura TL serviced regularly with them and I've been so happy with their service. 2 oil changes ago I thought I was going to need new brakes, they told me if it were their car they would keep driving on the brakes for a little while longer. That honesty was unlike any other car shop I've ever been to. As a female I always have anxiety dealing with my car for fear that I'm going to be ripped off simply for not knowing enough about cars but I know that will never happen at Japanese Connection. more

Thanks are due to the guys at Japanese Connection (JC) for negotiating on my behalf with Heuberger Motors (local Subaru dealer) and through them, Subaru of America (SOA), to get SOA to pay for what would have been over $3000 of major engine repairs on a goodwill basis out-of-warranty. JC did this for me instead of angling to get the job themselves! Their efforts saved me thousands of dollars. more

Very dissappointed 1/24/2011

I appreciate that shuttle service was offered to me but the problem that I took my truck in for was never resolved. Paying over $400 for a radiator hose and TPS (2nd in a month- which should have indicated a different issue) just a couple days before Christmas is unacceptable. No one has been eager to resolve this issue for me. I will not be returning. more
