Great Customer Service 10/7/2005

I went into this shop to get flowers for a funeral and the person who waited on me was very nice and understanding. I was not exactly sure what it was that I wanted and she helped me choose something tasteful yet personal. The only thing I was not happy with was the price- I felt they were a bit over-priced. more

Great customer service at this Floral shop! 8/27/2005

I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday. All I had to do was tell them what I was looking for and the $ amount - paid over the phone and they delivered it free! I found out later that my friend wasn't at work that day (at the hospital) and they got her address and delivered it across town to her home! WOW - what GREAT service. more
