I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday. All I had to do was tell them what I was looking for and the $ amount - paid over the phone and they delivered it free! I found out later that my friend wasn't at work that day (at the hospital) and they got her address and delivered it across town to her home! WOW - what GREAT service.
