Unheathy Fish and run around Fish guarantee 12/5/2011

I set up my two tanks about a year ago and purchased needed equipment and first fish from them. They are helpful in advice but when I started losing fish and all fish lost where from them. Very dispondent and I got runaround. Was not looking for full replacements just help in figuring out what was wrong and taken care of a bit. Walked around with dead fish, water samples and receipts in pocket for about a week. Will not do business with and since purchasing fish from nearby Ludlow have had some very, very healthy tanks and no problems more

Fishtacular 7/31/2009

I just bought my first aquarium set up with fish! I'm very excited about it and very happy with my purchase, 3weeks later. The staff was very informative and helpful and made me feel a lot better about buying the set up and being able to maintain it as this set up is for my 7 year old son. more

On the up and up 10/26/2008

This store offers a great selection of salt water fish and corals. The store has gone under a great deal of renovations the past 2 years. While the employee knowledge and service isn't exceptional, it is much better than anywhere in the area, chains and small stores included. The owner is very reasonable and never pushy. Its nice to be able to go to a local store with a good selection and get reliable help. Pricing on tanks and fish can NOT be beat. Definitely should be the first stop for novices and aquarium fanatics. Pros: Selection. Price. Never try to sell you things you dont need. Cons: very limited turtle selection. more

horrible customer service 3/16/2008

bad customer service poor advice lack of general maintenece and knowledge of marine husbandry employees stated fish havnt been fed in weeks due to lack of available food but the store has boxes of food for sale poor water quality and the fish I purchased all died in transport from the store when I brought them back I was told it was my problem and to get out rude to both me and my fiancee.. Pros: good coral selection and reasonable prices Cons: poor water quality and customer service run by non knowledgable poorly trained staff and fish are so stressed they dye in transport after purchase more
