Very Poor Customer Service 12/6/2018

I had been a customer for many years, spending a considerable amount of money. (I had 7 large reef and marine tanks.) I have been sick for awhile and when I returned having to use a cane and motorized wheelchair I was told I had to leave by someone who knew me. I was not allowed in with the motorized wheelchair because "there's to much glass in here". This was their new store in the Eastfield Mall. They were very rude. I am now looking for a new place to spend my money. more
