James Cress Florist

I used James Cress for my wedding. He was very expensive but highly reccomendend. Unfortunitly, I would not reccomend this florist to anyone. I sat down with the owner at least 5 months before my wedding. I was guarenteed my wedding bouquet flowers until 2 days before my wedding. The store called me at work to tell me. I had to cancel last minute appointments to rush there to change my bouquet. He never contacted me or called me back and the flowers I was assured of having never made it to the wedding. Also, I was very specific and told the owner on several occasions that I did not want a sparkle or rinestone in any of the wedding party flowers. Yes, on the day of my wedding the flowers were delivered and a bouquet had rinestones in it. I just don't understand. They are suppose to be professionals and I feel that I wasn't taken seriously or important. The lack of caring and attention to detail is unacceptable. The flowers I wanted for my bouquet were available at another florist. If they could get the flower why couldn't he. I guess I didn't pay enough?? I do not reccomend Jame Cress Florist! more

James Cress will make you a lovely arrangement whether you need decorations for a party or flowers for your significant other. Everything that comes out of this shop is stunning. Even the location itself is presented beautifully and always decked out for the next coming holiday. You won't ever leave here dissappointed. more

We used this place for our wedding. We met with the owner and spent a while going over all the different options. He was very helpful with suggesting what flowers go nicely with others and made the planning process so easy. When the flowers were delivered on the day of the wedding, all were very fresh and colorful. The flowers lasted the entire day without wilting or falling apart. They may cost a little more, it is well worth it. I have seen other weddings where the flowers were falling apart even before the ceremony even began. more

James Cress Florist is spectacular. You walk in and you are knocked down with the scent of the amazing flowers. I have ordered flowers from them numerous times, and have had an exceptional experience. They are extremely friendly, and timely. All your flowers will come out looking great, and you will have a positive experience. They have moderately expensive prices, but Florists are always expensive. James Cress Florist in Smithtown is "The Best of the Best". Excpetional quality long living flowers. There quantity of flowers that you get when buying a bouquet is amazing. WE always use James Cress whether is be for a funneral or illness. James cress cant be beat. There professional courteous staff is truly second to none.
