I used James Cress for my wedding. He was very expensive but highly reccomendend. Unfortunitly, I would not reccomend this florist to anyone. I sat down with the owner at least 5 months before my wedding. I was guarenteed my wedding bouquet flowers until 2 days before my wedding. The store called me at work to tell me. I had to cancel last minute appointments to rush there to change my bouquet. He never contacted me or called me back and the flowers I was assured of having never made it to the wedding. Also, I was very specific and told the owner on several occasions that I did not want a sparkle or rinestone in any of the wedding party flowers. Yes, on the day of my wedding the flowers were delivered and a bouquet had rinestones in it. I just don't understand. They are suppose to be professionals and I feel that I wasn't taken seriously or important. The lack of caring and attention to detail is unacceptable. The flowers I wanted for my bouquet were available at another florist. If they could get the flower why couldn't he. I guess I didn't pay enough?? I do not reccomend Jame Cress Florist!
