Jagged Edges

I came across this review board and all I can say is ""Are You Kidding Me?"". I remember the person who wrote the bad review because I am the one with the ""red hair that had to be redone"". First of all, this salon & its staff is wonderful and extremely knowlegeable about what they do. My hair turned red because of my own fault, I had a beautiful blonde highlight that they gave to me but when I couldnt get in for my retouch, I mistakingly brought a store dye and turned my hair green. Then they needed to put a reddish brown color on it to counteract the green and because another salon fried my hair, the color faded to a lighter red so I was there to fix it. THEY ARE WONDERFUL! If you weren't happy with your service, then you shuld have said something to the owner who, by the way, was the one in Latina Magazine (Lissette).....so you might want to do some research before you blast someone. If you wanted to see the hairdresser in the magazine, you should have requested her. Everyone in this salon is friendly and ready to accomodate you. & they go to training classes all of the time, so how are they not knowledgable.....some people just arent happy no matter what. Wow, I'm actually VERY shocked by the other review. I have been going to this salon and spa for almost 8 months and I LOVE it. Nick does my hair along with everyone else in my family. We have NEVER had a complaint. I love the way that he takes the time to talk to us about what we want and explains what hes doing while he's doing it to make it easier for us to do it at home. He's also very knowledgeable when it comes to products. I have had my hair colored and highlighted on several occasions and they have been nothing but gorgeous. I get a TON of compliments and have given out a TON of referrals and everyone has been happy. To the other reviewer... you didn't like it but you went back a 2nd time?? AND requested Nick? Sounds like you are probably the kind of person that wouldn't be happy with anything and should probably be buying store color and doing it yourself. I love this salon and spa. Everyone is so friendly and I feel really comfortable there. I will continue to recommend this place and NICK to anyone I can! Trust me people, this is a place you definitely want to visit! Pros: Very skilled staff, great atmophere, wonderful range of services, evening appointments, open until 9! Cons: The parking lot could use a once over but not the fault of this business more
