I came across this review board and all I can say is ""Are You Kidding Me?"". I remember the person who wrote the bad review because I am the one with the ""red hair that had to be redone"". First of all, this salon & its staff is wonderful and extremely knowlegeable about what they do. My hair turned red because of my own fault, I had a beautiful blonde highlight that they gave to me but when I couldnt get in for my retouch, I mistakingly brought a store dye and turned my hair green. Then they needed to put a reddish brown color on it to counteract the green and because another salon fried my hair, the color faded to a lighter red so I was there to fix it. THEY ARE WONDERFUL! If you weren't happy with your service, then you shuld have said something to the owner who, by the way, was the one in Latina Magazine (Lissette).....so you might want to do some research before you blast someone. If you wanted to see the hairdresser in the magazine, you should have requested her. Everyone in this salon is friendly and ready to accomodate you. & they go to training classes all of the time, so how are they not knowledgable.....some people just arent happy no matter what. I'm sure they're happy you're not going to go back!
