The guys on the diesel side are great. Took care of an issue under warranty quickly. I tell everyone about this place and how great their service is.

Worst

It would be nice to have a written report of what was done and what additional findings were assumed. There is virtually no communication between client and repair tech.

Followed up on a problem I told them about. 7/14/2014

They kept my car and drove it until it repeated the problem I reported to them. Then they fixed the problem and thanked me for letting them keep the car overnight so they could drive it until it had the problem. They are great people and listened to me when I told them about my problem. more

I have been taking my vehicles here since I was 16, when Jack himself did not simply tell me what was wrong but showed me what was wrong and why it needed fixing. more

My initial experience with Jack's Tire and Auto was great. I spoke with Rick over the phone and he was able to procure a set of four high end truck tires very quickly as well as setup the install for same day. more

New Tires 5/19/2014

Called them up on a Monday evening to check to see if they had the tires I needed for my Mustang and was able to get it in there Tuesday morning to get the new tires put on. Very friendly staff!! more

We drive older cars and have tried several auto repair companies in Kennesaw but none compare to Jack's. We can trust the suggestions without worrying we're being taken advantage of.
