The guys on the diesel side are great. Took care of an issue under warranty quickly. I tell everyone about this place and how great their service is.

Worst

It would be nice to have a written report of what was done and what additional findings were assumed. There is virtually no communication between client and repair tech.

I got an appointment to replace my brakes the day I called. They are friendly and the cost was what they had estimated a couple of months ago so there were no surprises. more

Community, great folks 10/10/2015

Always first class service. They understand that's the only area they can stand out, is the service the render. I can buy the same tires at many many places but I can only get the customer service I expect for my money at Jack's. Thanks Rick, Robert and especially all the guys who sweat in the bays. more

Always quick and professional service 10/2/2015

Took my car over no appointment for a quick oil change weird light was on said only 15% oil in it I guess. They took it right away and half hour later all finished. Always nice to go there everyone is nice they are priced well too. more

Jack's is a good place for alignment 7/15/2015

I have used Jack's twice for alignment and both times they did good work and got me out for under $100. But plan to leave your car there overnight. more

Customer Service 7/13/2015

I thought their was something wrong ( Bad ) with my car it was making a god awful noise so I brought it in for a oil change and a check up. They gave my car a clean bill of health and it is not making the noise anymore, I was not charged for anything other than the oil change, I was very relieved. I am sure another place would have found all sorts of things ( wrong) with my car but they are a honest bunch and I will continue to bring my cars there. more
