The guys on the diesel side are great. Took care of an issue under warranty quickly. I tell everyone about this place and how great their service is.

Worst

It would be nice to have a written report of what was done and what additional findings were assumed. There is virtually no communication between client and repair tech.

Always Reliable 1/9/2015

I popped in for an oil change with my 2 preschoolers in tow. We love being greeted by name and the staff is always friendly and engaging. The service was quick and I always appreciate how welcome they are when I have the kids with me. They even change the TV station to kid friendly programming so I don't constantly have to distract them from news stories. We've been using Jacks for 10 years and as long as they're in business we'll continue to use them. They're honest, reliable, and consistent. Employees have been there year after year so the same guys work on our cars each time. We've never had a bad experience. They're fantastic! more

Awesome 12/10/2014

I came to you guys last year to put tires on my car. The service was great. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. So this year when I got a flat tire I wanted to take it back to the same place and get the same awesome service. Once again I did! I work close by. My service advisor gave me a ride to work and let me know promptly when my vehicle was ready. I would definitely recommend to my co-workers, family and friends. more

Toyota Camry wheel alignment 11/19/2014

Jack's did an excellent job straightening up my Camry. The were courteous and efficient, and had the process completed within a couple of hours, even with the installation of a new part. Thanks, guys! more

reliable repair 9/13/2014

Overall a good experience. They replaced my tie rod ends and gave the wheels an alignment. The steering wheel doesn't shake anymore woo! And they were able to drop the price on the repair cost! more

Great Service! 8/30/2014

I walked in without an appointment to get my tire patched after it was punctured by a nail. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes and the service was excellent!! I'll definitely return for any of my future repairs. more
