This is a great shoppe. The owner Jackie is very accomadating. She really knows her stuff. I get the feel she really loves the dogs so I totally felt comfortable leaving my dog there with her. Pros: I left w/ confidence that my dog was in good hands Cons: none at this point more

I booked a grooming appointment because my dog was dirty from the springtime rains and I was short on time.\r \r I got my dog back with a dirty stomach and dead fleas on her. I asked for an oatmeal shampoo and they gave her a flea bath instead. She had hangnails from a bad nail trim and they kept calling her a ""boy"" so I know they didn't even see her stomach. They said that her ""skin was stained"" and wouldn't come out. I had to rewash her at home and her stomach came clean and I fixed her hangnails with cuticle nippers . They couldn't give me a credit card or cash refund and I had to call my bank to file a claim.\r \r Please, go to Petsmart instead. Or do it yourself with the Paul Mitchell shampoos. The owner was so great to me! I realized at the last minute that I needed my puppy cleaned up for Christmas & they sqeezed me in at the last minute & still took their time to make sure they did a proper job. I am so pleased with this little shop! I highly recommend them!!! Pros: Very Friendly knowledgeable staff Cons: not sure more

Wonderful little grooming shop in Wareham Center. They take their time with each animal. You really get your money's worth. They also have some really cute gift items for sale. Check them out!! They're even open on Saturdays! Pros: Groomer is also the owner Cons: ??? more
