I booked a grooming appointment because my dog was dirty from the springtime rains and I was short on time.\r

I got my dog back with a dirty stomach and dead fleas on her. I asked for an oatmeal shampoo and they gave her a flea bath instead. She had hangnails from a bad nail trim and they kept calling her a ""boy"" so I know they didn't even see her stomach. They said that her ""skin was stained"" and wouldn't come out. I had to rewash her at home and her stomach came clean and I fixed her hangnails with cuticle nippers . They couldn't give me a credit card or cash refund and I had to call my bank to file a claim.\r

Please, go to Petsmart instead. Or do it yourself with the Paul Mitchell shampoos.
