I have nothing good to say about this establishment. First off they rudely removed us from the sports bar area due to a private function. We went ahead and sat in the dining room since we were meeting others. Poor service, poor ambiance and boring food. Save your money and go to Taco Bell. more

Let's be straight - this is NEW Mexican food and NOT Mexican. Once you understand that you are in for a wonderful treat. Their portion sizes are usually large enough to feed 2-3 people instead of just one. I love their food!! I have never had a bad meal here. My only criticism would be that they are not consistent. Each time I go it's a little different. Still - good food. And I still think their location in Denver is better. more

I ordered a naked burrito. The hamburger tasted like it was soaking in water then dumped on the plate. The chili was chili flavored water very little cheese. It was horrible. I tried to eat it but after about a third of the way through I push it to the end of the table. I told the waitress it was awe full. The manager was a total ass. He said well you ate three quarters of your meal it must not have been that bad. I told him I didn't eat even a third of it that it was tasteless and horrible and I didn't wish to order anything else. When the bill came we were charged for it. Sorry to the waitress but the manager cost you a tip. Never eat there!!! more

My fiance and I went to Jack and Grill for the first time earlier this week. He ordered one of their burgers and I ordered the chile relleno burrito. When they arrived, I was taken aback by the size of each dish. Both of them were far bigger than most could consume in one meal, but I realize that this is a huge selling point (especially since they have their 7lb. burrito that got them featured on the food network). My burrito was incredibly bland; there was virtually no flavor at all and the mixture of tortilla, cheese, relleno, and green chile led to a rubbery consistency. My fiance was equally impressed with his burger, saying that it didn't offer much in the way of flavor. Seriously, folks, if you want a good burger I would recommend SmashBurger or City Grille. If you want a good burrito, I would check out Que Bueno. This was the first, and last, time we will visit JNG. I will offer this saving grace: the staff were very friendly and the waiter was attentive. more

When I saw a review about the police being called because someone didn't want to pay for a terrible meal here I thought they must be exaggerating, I couldn't believe any manager would be that stupid, I may have underestimated the stupidity of this manager. Sun night @ 7:30 my wife and I decided go to JNG Westminster since we live about 15 blocks form there. The hostess and seater were dressed like it was laundry day, we were seated in a booth with a 2 foot long tear in the seat and food on the floor all around. We contemplated leaving right then but Danise the server came over and she was very pleasant so we decided to stay. We ordered house margaritas, BLAND!!!!! My wife had the Combo plate #1, I had the carne adobada/bean sopa. Neither meal had much flavor, green chile was thin and tasteless. Then the fun started, the servers started taking the booths across from us apart and cleaning them with 409. Now our food tastes like 409, sadly not an improvement. I went to get the manager and my wife commented to the waiter about the rudeness of doing that while we were eating, he said he had been told to do it by the manager and apologized and stopped. The manager came over and offered to move us, we didn't want to move, we wanted to leave, everything now tasted like 409. He asked what I wanted, I said I want to know what I owe so that I can pay and leave, He said"" Okay, Awesome!"" I asked him if he thought it was awesome that they had ruined our dinner and we were leaving unhappy. He said that wasn't what he meant but I honestly think he didn't care, his attitude is terrible. He brought our check, comped nothing even though we could only eat half our meals. I commented that I couldn't believe he was charging me $42.00 for our ruined meals and he turned and walked away. The server Danise apologized several times. I tipped Danise well because it wasn't her fault that her manager is an inconsiderate imp with zero customer service skills. We won't go back! more
