Jack & Jill Bowling Lanes

Jack and Jill Lanes in Lehi is GREAT!! It is such a clean environment. There is a lot to be entertained with. Their bathrooms are the cleanest public bathrooms I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and dang those cafe girls are SMOKIN hot.........and very nice. The food is great for a bowling alley. BEST bowling in Utah.! more

I took my kids to Jack and Jill's in American Fork since they were little to bowl. When they got older they went there to play pool, eat fries and hang out with friends. Now I am taking my grand kids to the new building in Lehi! It is amazing. The prices are good I think. I can't believe someone complained about the .25 raise in prices! Did they notice the new building and all the awesome things that came with it? Glad to pay and extra quarter, the new place is GREAT! Lehi finally has a family entertainment center, i can't tell you how boring this town is and how much better it has become since Jack and Jills opened. I could spend all day in there, and all my paycheck too! The laser tag is my favorite thing, and it's the best i've ever played. You can actually see the lasers! Just discovered Jack and Jills in Lehi. It's the best bowling alley in the state, it's brand new, and has laser tag and arcade as well as bowling. This place has it all. The only thing I didn't like was that it cost more than their other bowling alley in american fork, but hey, i like it so much i'm going to pay the extra $0.25 per game to play there. My girlfriend hates bowling alleys, but she liked this place! Pros: Clean, Friendly Staff, VIP Room, Laser tag Cons: More expensive than Jack and Jills AF more

I was on my way to work, driving down Lehi Main, when out of the corner of my eye I see this building behind Zions Bank. So i stopped by on my way home from work to see what it was and it's a new Jack & Jill Lanes in Lehi. It literally opened overnight, and I don't even remember it being built, but it is the nicest bowling alley I've ever been in. They have tons of lanes and an arcade and a laser tag arena. I brought my family and we had a great time. We bowled in the ""vip"" section, that has couches and projectors, and I'm telling you now. I won't be going to any other bowling alley, EVER. The staff was great and we got a pizza from the cafe that was really good. Good work J&J and thanks for opening a new place right in my home town. Jack and Jill Lanes is by far our favorite family attraction in Utah County. We have bowled on leagues there for years and love it. Jack owns and runs the place and is usually there and very helpful. He is always willing to give free coaching and lessons. We have spent many a birthday party and youth group event there and love the atmosphere. I love their fries. And despite what other reviews on this site have said, they always bring our order to our table and are very accomodating and nice. Pros: Best oiled lanes in Utah Cons: None yet more

I would never reccomend this bowling alley to anyone...ever. During our first game of bowling the lane had issues 4 times i think. The guy had to come over and fix it. I understand that things happen but the staff was very irritated acting when we asked them to fix it. We started our second game and were 4 frames into it and a staff member came over to ask how the game was going we told him it was fine and then he asked us to move to another lane so they could fix it. As soon as we left they gave our lane to another group with out fixing it. We were irritated that we were lied too. The lane we moved to was also no good. it wasn't scoring us correctly. We decided that we were done bowling after 2 hours and not even a game and a half bowled. We went to pay and explaned what happened and said we only thought it was fair to have to pay for one game. The man who helped us at the counter blamed us and said ""You complained and asked to be moved to a new lane"". We explained that no other bowling alley would have done this but he insisted we paid for a game and a half. We paid for the game and a half. It was a horrible expierence and I will never go back. This is the first and last time I visit this place until there is a new owner. My wife and I wanted to go out and bowl a few games, so we arrived and asked for a lane. The clerk told us lane 18 but needed to be reminded to actually turn the lane on. I then went to the snack bar to order a Pepsi and a basket of fries. They said the fries would take a few minutes and that we had to keep going back to the snack bar to check and see if they were done. they would not bring them to our lane. They never appeared during the first game and when I went to check on them I was repeatedly told there were orders in front of me. No one offered to guess when they would appear. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for a simple basket of fries. I asked for a refund of $2.65. They said they don't give refunds. I asked for the manager. and the irritated high school girl found another high school boy who was no older than 17, and he said he would need to call the owner for a $2.65 refund!!!! This was a surreal experience. I never thought a business could be some crummy. We simply left. Pros: The lanes operated. Cons: Worst service in the industrial world. more
