Review content:
This is the first and last time I visit this place until there is a new owner. My wife and I wanted to go out and bowl a few games, so we arrived and asked for a lane. The clerk told us lane 18 but needed to be reminded to actually turn the lane on. I then went to the snack bar to order a Pepsi and a basket of fries. They said the fries would take a few minutes and that we had to keep going back to the snack bar to check and see if they were done. they would not bring them to our lane. They never appeared during the first game and when I went to check on them I was repeatedly told there were orders in front of me. No one offered to guess when they would appear. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for a simple basket of fries. I asked for a refund of $2.65. They said they don't give refunds. I asked for the manager. and the irritated high school girl found another high school boy who was no older than 17, and he said he would need to call the owner for a $2.65 refund!!!! This was a surreal experience. I never thought a business could be some crummy. We simply left.
Pros: The lanes operated.
Cons: Worst service in the industrial world.
