I took my 3 King Size comforters to Jack Brown cleaners in Cedar Park. Oh wow...not only do they have crapy customer service, they also don't follow directions. My 3 very expensive conforters all were to be LAUNDERED, not dry cleaned, and I told them that. When I got them back, they reaked with this horrible smell. I took them back,and they blamed the fact that I have animals. So what! I had to have them re-laundered and I even took them somewhere else. Nothing will get that smell out. So, now i am out about $400.00+. I gave them away. Don't go to those people, they will reuin what you have worked hard for.
Pros: NOTHING!!
Cons: Everything!
