AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!\r \r Nikki is really just amazing. I've been with her for a year now and my hair just looks so much better--smoother and healthier. I have medium to light brown hair, but I always do blonde highlights, and that definitely does damage to your hair. Nikki has been very good at working with me to help my hair recover from the damage that has built up over time, while still keeping me blonde. She is a bit of a perfectionist, which is a great trait in a stylist. She's also extremely interesting to talk to, and very efficient. I highly, highly recommend you try her out. I would definitely recommend Jack Alexander Salon & Spa to everybody!!!! more

If you want an amazing cut, with fantastic service, and intelligent conversation AT an affordable price: ask for Diana at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa. I met Diana when I came into the salon wanting to get my bangs trimmed. When you have bangs in the front, it's a scary thing to have them trimmed by an unfamiliar stylist. I thought. Diana not only did an amazing job of giving me exactly what I wanted, but she was also kind enough to provide me with some samples of the amazing product line called ""Moroccan Oil."" Of course I would be coming back to Diana when I needed an actual hair cut. She gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I have VERY thick black, South-Asian hair, and a lot of stylists are intimidated by it. Not Diana! She has such attention to detail and really knows her stuff. I can't recommend her enough! If you're like me and new to the area or just looking for an amazing stylist, go see Diana at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa! more

I went to Jack Alexander Salon & Spa again and I had the previlage to get my hair done by Magda! I have such curly hair and it can be a pain to maintain. So, after having a session with her I almost didn't recognize myself in the mirror. My hair looked so beautiful! Not to mention, she was kind enough to give me a few tips on how to manage my hair which was very helpful :) Thank you so much, Magda! I can't wait for my next appointment! more

Jack Alexander Salon & Spa is Fantastic!!! I went in last week expecting to get the same look I've always gotten when other people have done my hair. I've explained to several hairstylists in the past how to cut and color my hair, and they could never get it just right...until the specialists at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa did my hair. I have been searching for a good hair stylist for the past 4-5 years and I finally found one at the Jack Alexander Salon. First it was so incredibly easy to get an appointment especially since I kind of left it to last minute, but I needed to get my hair done for my birthday on Friday.\r My experience at this Salon was incredible! It has such a positive and welcoming vibe. Most importantly, Diana did a fantastic job with my hair, giving me a haircut way better than what I originally envisioned! She is also very funnnnny! Additionally, Jack the owner came over and introduced himself and he was very kind, and polite. I really appreciate being valued as a client, and that gesture really stood out to me. I am so pleased, and I'm totally looking forward to my next visit. \r Bottom line..i found my new stylist!! Thanks Diana!!!! more

I have been trying to find a stylist that does GREAT short styles and have been unsuccessful until now. I came to Nikki and she hooked my short style up. I have gotten my hair cut by Diana Fink many times and I have to say these are the best haircuts I have gotten in my life, hands down.\r Diana's haircuts are meticulous, and she really listens to what I want, and gives me exactly the cut I'm looking for. I can't recommend her highly enough! more

I'll keep it simple....everything about the salon from the decor to the absolutely amazing staff keep me coming back even though there are a lot of salons in the area. I just went to Jack Alexander Salon & 5/29/2012

I just went to Jack Alexander Salon & Spa for the first time last week. Up to now most places always left my hair to dull and ashy. Diana Gave me the most realistic rich, shiny blond hair with the perfect light golden blond highlights. I was very pleased with the overall experience, the salon is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. It was a great experience all the way around. more

New to area not my first choice of salon 1/6/2012

I am new to the area and often times I base my decisions on reviews I read about certain businesses. I am in the process of looking for a new stylist, however I find it odd that this particular salon has gotten 22 all positive reviews within a few weeks of each other. This leads me to believe that maybe the salon is giving an incentive for their current clients to write reviews, or they themselves are writing reviews. In my experience with businesses with ""ALL"" positive reviews, especially with over 20 reviews in such a short period of time is a hoax. Needless to say I won't be stopping into this salon! more
