AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Nikki is really just amazing. I've been with her for a year now and my hair just looks so much better--smoother and healthier. I have medium to light brown hair, but I always do blonde highlights, and that definitely does damage to your hair. Nikki has been very good at working with me to help my hair recover from the damage that has built up over time, while still keeping me blonde. She is a bit of a perfectionist, which is a great trait in a stylist. She's also extremely interesting to talk to, and very efficient. I highly, highly recommend you try her out. I would definitely recommend Jack Alexander Salon & Spa to everybody!!!! more

NO ONE BUT MAGDA WILL EVER CUT MY HAIR!!!!!! I have been going to Jack Alexander Salon & Spa since the salon opened and have never gone anywhere else for a haircut since. Everyone is very friendly and extremely professional! Magda cuts my hair and she always delivers!(Not every stylist knows how to cut man's hair) She always gives her full attention to the client and does not let what is going on in the salon distract her. She is a wonderful person and a great stylist! I have never been more pleased with a salon!.to the talent, the friendliness and professionalism.The hours are good and I've never had a problem getting an appointment on short notice. Nikki Bappert - best stylist in the area!!!! 8/16/2012

I have been to quite a few salons in the area and Jack Alexander Salon & Spa is the best. Everyone is friendly and it is a relaxed atmosphere. Nikki Bappert is my stylist and she is very professional and is always waiting when you arrive. The color is perfect and I always get compliments on my color. Nikki is very confident and has been doing color for a while. She knows exactly what to do. I will be a long term client! more

Beyond belief, wonderful enough that I created my Judy`s Book account just to share my happiness. Diana is friendly, funny, nice, TALENTED beyond belief, everything I've ever wanted in a hairstylist. Love my hair! I had Nikki Bappert cut my hair I went in with terrible split ends, just looking for something to do with it. And came out with fuller, more beautiful hair! Can't wait to get my hair colored today! :) more

No one cuts hair quite like Stephanie Prodic at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa. In my time living in Chuicago I've tried a few people, but after getting my hair cut by her there is no need to look elsewhere! Just tell her what you want and she will produce; Steph cuts hair according to the individual and will give you a look that suits you. Can't recommend her enough! more

Love this place! 1/4/2012

I've been getting my hair done at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa for about year now. The staff are friendly, but most importantly they're talented. My favorite stylist by far is Nikki she knows exactly what I like and I always come out looking gorgeous! I love this place.. dont think twice, go get beautified!! more
