Review content:
Had 3rd birthday party here after visiting several times. When there was a misunderstanding during the party about the booking the owner of the clackamas facility was horrible. She immediately verbally attacked me and said she would pack up our party and we could leave as her 1st solution to the problem, and it only got worse from there. When I said we should just forget I ever complained because I didn't want to ruin the birthday party she wouldn't let me walk away and wanted to continue arguing with me. She followed me into the arena and continued to make a scene during our party. She was loud, wanted to make all of the adults leave the bounce area and still was refusing to calm down or just leave me alone after several requests that she drop it and let all parties enjoy their day. She continued to be very rude and unreasonable for the next 5-10 minutes. She was overheard apologizing to the other party in the arena about my behavior.
