The people that work at JC Repair treat me like family. 2/1/2019

Everyone is professional at JC Repair. They explain what my car needs for repairs in terms that I can understand. I have been going to JC Repair for thirty plus years. I live an hour from JC Repair and it's worth the drive to get there. I would never take my car to anyone else. I feel like I am treated like "family" when I go to JC Repair. more

Have been going to JC for years. There's a reason for all the great reviews ; they do excellent work at a fair price, and treat customers with courtesy and respect. I had brake trouble with my truck --they got me in the shop immediately without an appointment. JC got me back on the road quickly. Even loaned me a phone charger while I waited since my cell was out of power. Best auto repair shop I've ever been to. more

Fast, honest repair of work! I have been using this company for several years. Their work is always honest and fair in price. I had an emergency problem on 28 January. I came in without an appointment was seen promptly and the repair taken care of. They made an expedient repair Instead of charging me $500 for something that they could fix it without replacing a major part. Outstanding job! more

cluster panel on a Chevy 1/17/2019

This company is so great. They always do a diagnosis first, which helps me budget for repairs. They truly try and listen to the sounds I make trying to emulate the problem in the car. And they never laugh at me. This particular problem is called a cluster panel in my Chevy. more

Two major repairs great experance both times 1/13/2019

JC rushed to get my repair done before a big snow storm, called me when you found a worm motor mount and only repaired the broken part. Then gave me an estimate on some other parts that are on the way out. Once again l receive great service by a.mechanic that knew what he was doing. Hard to find in the Springs. more

More than 20 years going to this shop, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest, effective and fast service on all our vehicles. I always know they are doing right by me. Not just great service, but excellent evaluations of used cars we are thinking of buying. I bring them here for evaluation, and for a modest fee they give the proposed purchase a thorough examination, and a full print-out of any issues they find. I wouldn't buy a used car without these guys checking it out first! more

Everyone at Japanese Connection makes me feel welcome every time I come in. I can trust what they tell me is needed to keep my vehicles in a safe condition. If it is work that can wait awhile they let me know, it it is needed right now I believe that too! We have older cars that they help keep safely on our he road! more

JC Auto not only does excellent repair at a fair price, the do excellent after repair support! My vehicle has been giving me many headaches over the last couple of months. Recently, after an expensive repair I received another dreaded check engine light.They diagnosed for free and even fed me pizza while I waited! Great group of folks. more

Transmission replacement 12/28/2018

As many problems as we had with obtaining a new-to-us transmission for our car, Kraig and the team at Japanese Connection took great care of us, delivered excellent service, and stuck with their original cost estimate even though the repair took longer than expected. After only two major repair experiences with these guys, I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. more
