BEST MECHANICS EVER & CUSTOMER SERVICE 12/23/2017

Never Not Good 12/14/2017

I've taken my Kia here several times before and Kraig and his crew are always a pleasure to speak and work with. This time I had an issue come up that wasn't a routine service or planned installation/modification. However, in spite of their already heavily-booked day they were not only able to get my vehicle in for diagnosis but they completed the needed repairs well before closing time. I just can't see taking my vehicle to anyone else. more

Japanese Connection Inc. Completes Their Work With Perfection 11/26/2017

Japanese connection knew that my auto would take 5.4 quarts of oil. Good Year on Austin Bluffs Parkway would not put anymore than 3 quarts of oil in my car even though I begged them for 5 quarts of oil, Good Year would always refuse me and told me that their computer only recommended 3 quarts. Please, always bring your car into Japanese Connection where they always do the job right the first time and they completely understand the nuances of Japanese auto's as well as American Made. I will always bring my 2003 Mitsubishi to Japanese Connection Inc. and my husband who owns a 2004 Eclipse Spyder Convertible will only use them as well. Great Company Kraig, you are awesome!. !st time customer , very impressed 9/7/2017

Took the trusty 4runner in for a rear axle seal and the guys at JC auto repair gave me a rundown on everything that they noticed could use some attention. I opted for a few of the suggestions and will handle the easier stuff myself. Very impressed with the attention to detail as well as the personable staff. Thank you I will be back more

Customer First 4/15/2013

Thanks are due to the guys at Japanese Connection (JC) for negotiating on my behalf with Heuberger Motors (local Subaru dealer) and through them, Subaru of America (SOA), to get SOA to pay for what would have been over $3000 of major engine repairs on a goodwill basis out-of-warranty. JC did this for me instead of angling to get the job themselves! Their efforts saved me thousands of dollars. more

Service rep at the windo is alway knowledgeable and has an answer to my questions. Service in the car is done right. Have faith in Jaanese Connection. Very dissappointed 1/24/2011

I appreciate that shuttle service was offered to me but the problem that I took my truck in for was never resolved. Paying over $400 for a radiator hose and TPS (2nd in a month- which should have indicated a different issue) just a couple days before Christmas is unacceptable. No one has been eager to resolve this issue for me. I will not be returning. more

My 97 Landcruiser gets the best care with Japanese Connection. The staff are very customer friendly, efficient, and I believe they work to get me the best deal possible for repairs. more

As a woman I feel very comfortable with the service and quality of work done by JC. I always receive great service and attention. It is never uncomfortable and they are very good at explaining what needs to be done in laymans term... I won't go anywhere else. more

Very favorable 7/27/2010

Over the years I had been having my car serviced at the dealership. I was told I needed to have 3 different repairs done. Kraig Hermes at Japanese connections put my car on the lift and showed me the areas that would need attention in time and told me to bring the car in regularly so he could moniter the need when repairs are necessary. That was a year ago. I appreciate him showing me the areas on the underside of my car more
