Quick and Efficient 11/10/2018

In the homey setting I waited as my Subaru Crosstrek was checked after I had run over a tire stop and curb. It turned out that the fender had been unsnapped underneath in addition to others scrapes. The fender was snapped back and all was well when I was shown the bottom. Kind quick service was much appreciated. more

Auto Repairs 11/3/2018

Used JC several years ago, for some reason I don't remember we switched mechanics. Bad choice! It's good to be back. The work we had done was done on time and at a reasonable price. Quality work which is the important part. We have a 14 Honda CR-V and a 04 Chevy Silverado if reapairs are needed will use JC. Great business! more

JC fixed my mistake with the rear brakes. MInus a miss adjustment with the parking brake the work was great. The emergency brake was eventually fixed correctly! 10/31/2018

JC found a very serious problem with the drive shaft and fixed that before a desert trip. The dealership should have noticed this, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes, so overall I am pleased with the work that JC performed. I will definitely bring my truck back to JC. more

Fantastic service from these guys 10/27/2018

The mechanics at JC did a fantastic job with my poor old car. I asked for a tune-up and new drive belt, and they had no problem accommodating me within the week! Unfortunately, due to issues with the new water pump, they didn't have time to go over their mechanical checklist to inspect for other issues, but I'll be bringing it back next week so they can do that for me for free. Reasonable prices, professional service, and a courtesy shuttle will have me coming back again. more

AMAZING staff 10/24/2018

Every single person in that build will work in their best interest for you. The trust is exceptional. I 10/10 recommended them for the love of your car and your pockets go to them. They will give you recommendations after you visit too of what is wrong with your car, so you know what to fix next. Always does the best work. You wonder why people have been seeing them for over 30 years, the reason is because they CARE! About your vechile and about you. As long as I live in the Springs is as long as JCS (Japanese Connection) has my service. more

Quality of work and scheduling 10/20/2018

I have me going to this shop for about 5-7 years. I was first attracted to them after comparing dealer services and prices. They offered better service scheduling and low prices. After my last service and break replacement the cost gap is getting smaller. The only down side is parts quality with break rotors, the rotors replaced only lasted little under 2 years. I hope my new breaks and rotors last longer?????????? Normal streetand highway driving conditions ?? more

Quality Customer Care 10/19/2018

I can always count on JC Repair to do more than take care of my vehicle. They take care of me. I recently came in for routine service and learned that I had one damaged tire and would likely need 4 new tires for my all wheel drive car. Since my budget couldn't handle this expense the folks at JC Repair searched for and found a used tire to replace the damaged one. I left feeling safer for my vehicle and my budget. Thanks so much, JC Repair! more

From setting the appointment to the follow up on status the people are great. When I come through the door I know my cars and I will be taken care of. I have older cars with a lot of miles on them and I value their input to know if the maintenance is needed or recommended. They don’t force extra work on he car and also help me prioritize what needs to be done first! He are my go to garage! more

Servicing our 96 Nissan pickup 10/10/2018

Once again good work, although when I got home and read the notes on the mechanics diagnosing of the truck I saw it may need ball joints? Wouldn't have left that out of my request for service if I'd known it, called back to ask Chris guess he was already gone. But otherwise good work I'm confident! more

Good Work 9/26/2018

Brought in our Subaru for headlamp issues. Due to the panel removal required to even get to the lamp housings, glad we had JC Repair do the hard work; repair process on these items are tricky. more
