I WENT INTO ISAAKS TO GET MY HAIR DYED AND HAVE A GLOSS LOCK DONE. THIS WAS ONE OF MU BEST EXPERIENCES AT A SALON. I WOULD RECOMMEND RUBEN, HE'S FAB-U-LOUS. HE MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOMED AND TOP PRIORITY, WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON ANOTHER LADY AND MY GRANDMOTHER. I STILL LOVE MY HAIR AND CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!!!! more

I also bought their promotional, but their one massagist had a car accident and needed Physical Therapy so though it was near the expiration of the promo, I was told that they would honor it after the date as the massagist was expected to return soon. Needless to say, she never returned and when I called, at first I was offered a condition/style hair treatment. However, I got called later to say that the subsitute will now be for nails only. I bought the promo for my boyfriend and I. Due to my job, I should not get a nail treatment. My boyfriend has never gotten one and doesn't want it either. When asked if we can get something else instead and that we would prefer the conditioning/syle treatment, I was told to call back at another time for the owner, Kathy Issaks. So far, I have yet to get in contact with her (and I've tried multiple attempts). Would not reccommend this Promo to anyone as they are not good about honoring the appointment they schedule with you or consistent in how they honor the contract that you ""think"" you are pre-paying for... Basically, they get your money only to say that the services later on in their promo will not be offered for whatever reason/excuse and DO NOT offer a comparable subsitute. more

After waiting a week to get a stylist on the phone I had to give up. Your not allowed to speak to the stylist directly, just shutup and pay if that attitude suits you this place is perfect for you. I have had a cut and color done here before. I have never have been treated so much like an outsider anywhere. Pros: Easy to find Cons: Poor Attitude more

I bought a promo that included haircut, eyebrows waxing, and a massage. At the first appointments everything went well, but I was not happy at the end because they only had one massagist, and she broke her arm just before my appointment. Even tough they gave me an option to either choose from hairstyling or eyebrows waxing, it was very dissapointing. The whole reason I bought the promo was for the massage. I will not buy any more promos from this salon again. more

This is really a hip place for young people -- the funky, colorful decor says it all. They take your coat and do all the fancy things a high-class salon would do, including offering you a glass of wine! The stylists are extremely talented and up-to-date on the latest haircuts. My only complaint: they're vague on prices. When I got my hair cut there, they did some styling without telling me that the styling was a $15+ extra fee.
