I also bought their promotional, but their one massagist had a car accident and needed Physical Therapy so though it was near the expiration of the promo, I was told that they would honor it after the date as the massagist was expected to return soon. Needless to say, she never returned and when I called, at first I was offered a condition/style hair treatment. However, I got called later to say that the subsitute will now be for nails only. I bought the promo for my boyfriend and I. Due to my job, I should not get a nail treatment. My boyfriend has never gotten one and doesn't want it either. When asked if we can get something else instead and that we would prefer the conditioning/syle treatment, I was told to call back at another time for the owner, Kathy Issaks. So far, I have yet to get in contact with her (and I've tried multiple attempts). Would not reccommend this Promo to anyone as they are not good about honoring the appointment they schedule with you or consistent in how they honor the contract that you ""think"" you are pre-paying for... Basically, they get your money only to say that the services later on in their promo will not be offered for whatever reason/excuse and DO NOT offer a comparable subsitute.
