I want to congratulate Isaacs for EXCELLENT service throughout my move from Providence, RI to Houston, TX. My initial contact with Robert impressed me with his profession and understanding approach (not pushy). His estimate of distance and time process was on target. The movers and packers Anthony and Victor were courteous, efficient and timely (arrived in Providence on time and completed assignment within given time frame). Delivery by Justin and Gin in Houston was equally impressive. I would say that this is professional service with a heart! As a senior (age 75) I appreciate the care and concern, and especially respect, given to things that are very sentimental to me. Thanks and all the best. more

I used Isaac's to move big, heavy furniture into storage while I had some major remodeling done. The two movers, David and Max, were great! They prepared all the furniture with padding and/or wrapping, whichever was required. They were very polite, and I've never seen more efficient movers. These two young men are what any parents and/or the public are always proud to see in the younger generation. I've used Isaac's at least twice before, and they have always been reliable. This experience tops them all. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs their services. You should request David and Max! more

From initial consultation with William to placing the last box in our new home, all went very smooth. In addition to being very knowledgeable, professional and accurate, william also had a great sense of humor which made the whole process fun. Our team of packers and movers was very pleasant and fast working. Great memory - I did not have to repeat anything twice as to what goes where. Everything went as planned - great timing, nothing got broken or damaged. The estimate was very detailed are right on with the final bill. Would definitely use again. more

We recently moved from NH to FL and used Isaacs Moving and Storage. From the initial interview (we did 4 other companies) to the final delivery, Isaacs was extrememly professional, courteuos and honest.. The amoun that we were quoted was the amount we paid. We had heard horror stories about how some companies suddenly jacked up price before delovery and held it up until payment was made. Not Isaacs. We were thoroughly pleased with them and would highly recommend them for any move. more

This is the second time we have used Isaac's for moving. Last time they did a great job. This time, Isaac's moved furniture between rooms in our house. The job required three people 4 hours to move the furniture. The office was very accommodating scheduling the move date. Luis and his team arrived right on time. They were very professional and made sure that there was no damage to walls or furniture. The price was exactly as quoted. I would strongly recommend Isaac's. more

We have moved 9 times in the 36 years we have been married and the first 8 were nightmares. This time we chose Isaac's and it was the best choice possible! From the sales person to the movers to the office staff it was an incredible experience.\r \r The movers (Kyle, Chcuh, Nick and Roicardo) showed up on time, introduced themselves then proceeded to empty out house into 2 trucks. These movers were highly professional, courteous and friendly. The did not stop the entire time they were here. Everything was put in it's correct place, and while there were a few things damaged (they will fix them) I still can not say enough good things about the movers and the company. \r \r If we ever lose our minds and move again, Isaac's is the only company I would call. more

Thank you Anthony and Ricardo for being such a professional team. Great customer service, efficient and with a smile. They worked quickly and were incredibly helpful - even giving some great interior decorating advice! They patiently moved the same two dressers around until we found the perfect fit, and treated our belongings carefully. Would definitely use Isaac's again, especially if I could get Anthony and company as our team! more

I actually forgot to write a review on Isaac Moving and Storage and it has almost been a month now – We were recommended this company by a fellow colleague when a friend denied us to help us with our moving needs. I called up their sales booking office and the sales rep made it a point to explain and clear all the details and doubts that we inquired and we made our mind to go with them. On the moving day 2 guys came and checked out the work list. They were professional least to say and deserve to have more business. more

I moved last spring across town during what was a really stressful time for me. I turned to Isaac's and right from the start they were super helpful and fair. I compared the rates with many other local companies and realized that Isaacs was much more affordable than most. The movers were punctual + friendly and the whole move was not at all stressful.\r \r One leg on our porch chair cracked, and we didn't even have to complain. The company was so professional in repairing the chair and even giving us a discount on the move! The service was absolutely phenomenal. The job was done by early evening even though we had a huge house full of furniture that needed to be moved. I am so thankful in discovering Isaac's and will surely turn to them again next time I move. No other company can even challenge the fair prices and exceptional care the movers put into their work. I am so grateful for choosing Isaacs and making this really stressful time relaxing. more
