Horrible, horrible customer service. Made a call to order a taxi, and they said the taxi would be there in 15 minutes. 30 min later, I call and they said the taxi would be there shortly. 45 minutes later, I call again. Call again an hour later. TWO HOURS LATER I call again, and they said, again, that the cab would get there shortly.\r \r I ended up hitchhiking to my destination. I don't know if the cab EVER showed up...I certainly never received a phone call. more

Unreliable at best... we made our reservation for a taxi to the airport well in advance but they didn't show up. Frantic phone call to Yellow resulted in a new dispatch of cab & we were assured the driver would be on our doorstep in 10 to 15 minutes. No driver. Another phone call & we were again told 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes past our requested pick up time the driver was still on his way per dispatch. I missed my flight. Dispatch less than helpful & unconcerned with their error. more

Irvine Yellow Cab is 18004MYTAXI, the white taxis with the yellow top. They offered me the best rate to the LAX and I regularly use to the JWA. The service was decent and reliable. I would use Irvine Yellow Cab or 18004MYTAXI again for their online chat and automatic booking feature. A confirmation is sent after you book online and works reliably. Why do I use them. Reliable. Good Service. Computer Bookings. Worth a try. more

Only use as an absolute last resort 8/30/2008

I have international and major American city (Chicago, New York, Boston) experience with taxi services, and have to say that this business is by-far the worst taxi service I have ever used. Their customer service is terrible, their sedans are in horrific condition, and they rarely if ever make their pick-ups on time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Irvine Yellow Cab : Taxi for Airport 3/21/2008

Moved here from Fullerton and use these guys all the time for the airport. They have the best flat rates to the airport, vans that fit people and luggage, and are generally reliable. Taxicabs beat the shuttle to lax, especially when you take more than one person. Orange County service, discount rates. Two thumbs up for a cab company... more

Outstanding Taxi Cab Service In Irvine 12/19/2007

Irvine Yellow CAb service is great. Wonderful on time service to any airport. Minivan taxis are a plus as they seat up to 6 people or a lot of luggage. They have the lowest taxi flat rates in Orange County. more

Yellow Cab Service At its Best 10/15/2007

18004MYTAXI - Use Irvine Yellow Cab all the time. There are more than 5 different yellow cabs serving the area, so watch out....This one has the largest fleet and is the predominant Yellow cab in the area. ALWAYS PROMPT and have the best response times. these guys are white with a yellow top and their cars say 18004MYTAXI OR 1(800)200-0000. I especially like steve h. Ive used him for over 6 years, so kudos to this driver. He drives a lincoln towncar taxi and is the most polite and professional yellow cab driver ever....Of course with every business you have some bad apples, but this one has less of those green uns... Pros: Fast and Reliable yellow cab response Cons: taxis drive fast some times. more
