Horrible, horrible customer service. Made a call to order a taxi, and they said the taxi would be there in 15 minutes. 30 min later, I call and they said the taxi would be there shortly. 45 minutes later, I call again. Call again an hour later. TWO HOURS LATER I call again, and they said, again, that the cab would get there shortly.\r

I ended up hitchhiking to my destination. I don't know if the cab EVER showed up...I certainly never received a phone call.
