Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! I had my prom recently and they did a great job of my hair, nails and make-up. I highly recommend this place. You couldn’t imagine a Salon and Spa to be anywhere near this good. Thanks for helping me make it a special day Invidia. 2 thumbs up!! Best value Laser treatments around!! 5/22/2010

I have tried more than 6 different Laser businesses. I could never get the results I want or the price I need. I don't want anything for free, but I do want a value. Many other places used poor or older equipment or were too expensive. Invidia had the best Laser by far. I research a lot and their laser is Top of the Line, which made me very happy. Some lasers are market as lasers but are just watered down versions. I also was very happy with the technician, Melisa. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. My results from my first visit were great. I have had 3 more visit since, and I am very happy with the results as well. I also was able to take advantage of a promotion they were running, which saved me a lot of money, which made the entire experience even that much better. 5 stars for laser service for sure! The rest of their facility is very impressive, and the front desk staff is extremely nice. I plan on trying them for my next hair and nail appointment as well. Pros: Everything Cons: Nada more

Mmmmm chocolate.... 5/22/2010

My body treatment service was, what I would describe as a chocolate infusion. I treated myself to a Chocolate body wrap treatment. I love chocolate, and did I mention I love chocolate. If you want to fuse together chocolate and relaxation, than I can assure you that this is what you need! The spa is just gorgeous, and the staff is just as lovely too. I was so pleased with my appointment that I have to honestly say... I was a bit let down sitting in my car in the parking lot afterwards. The contrast from being inside this magical spa to returning to real life was a little shocking. I can not wait to do it again. I highly, highly, highly recommend this business!! Pressured and bad attitude 5/20/2010

I went to this salon and was not happy at all. First off they didn't have my appointment correct and argued with me about it. They tried to pressure me into getting a facial or massage and I didn't feel comfortable. I felt like they wanted me to wait around so they could talk me into other services since the place was not busy at all. When I called to book the appointment I was disconnected twice. I then got my hair cut and they cut it way too short. I asked them to please make sure they don't take any length off. They also gossiped the entire time I was sitting there. I found the place unprofessional. I heard them bad mouthing other local establishments and I found that really degrading. It really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Meanwhile the person that cut my hair was going on about how she can't stand working there. It was not pleasant and for that reason I wouldn't ever go back or recommend it. When I was leaving another women walked out with me and felt the same way. She said she is looking for another salon and as soon as she finds one she will never be back. She also said most of her friends feel the same way. Pros: None Cons: Poor attitude and dark place more

A Mothers Day treat!! 5/12/2010

Happy Mother's day to me. I purchased one of their Special packages for Mother's day, to treat myself and my sister, both being mothers. My visit was wonderful and completely relaxing. The spa lounge and treatment rooms are very high end and offer the best environment I have ever experienced at any spa I have ever visited. The esteticians and Massage therapists were wonderful and very knowledgeable. The afternoon spent with my sister was truly memorable. Appreciate quality. 4/14/2010

I recommend this salon. I have been a client for 6 months now, since their opening of their new location. The place is absolutely amazing, and inspiring. I have always enjoyed my beauty services, but never like this. I appreciate quality so much more now. You will definitely understand the contrast to a place like this over an average salon. The money I spend here makes me feel like I am really getting a value. I feel that I am getting the best service and knowledgeable staff, and that makes my visit even better. I also like the products they carry and the prices are great too. It really is amazing how luxurious this place is and yet it is comparable in cost to my old salon. The other feature that I liked were the free Wifi and the magazine selection, which both are great during my color services. My new hair do is also great, very trendy and stylish. The staff is always smiling and everyone I spoke to is always very friendly. I feel very beautful. I definitely can tell you that you will get your moneys worth and that you will have a great experience. Pros: Quality of service & price Cons: none more

Massage to die for 4/6/2010

My review is for Naomi and Kathy in particular. The entire Staff is a just wonderful, but these two employees made me and my husbands visit that much more memorable. I scheduled a couples massage and it was wonderful. The couples suit is very beautiful and the Massage beds were very comfortable. It was great to experience the spa service together with my husband. Naomi and Kathy were two of the most pleasant I have ever encountered. They made our visit special. I have already booked an appointment for my daughter, who will be visiting me from school this weekend. I am very happy to write this review. Invidia offers an exceptional service. There staff is very polite and professional and the facility is immaculate. I travel often and have frequented many salons and spas, and without hesitation I place this business on the top end of the list. You will be pleasantly surprised by the amenities and quality of service you will find, considering it is located in a Suburban town. Kudos to Invidia, a remarkable, extraordinary salon and spa. I want to give special thanks and review to Invidia. I wanted to give my wife a spa day for her birthday. Jasmin the salon director took what was just an idea and helped me plan a day special day that my wife would not forget. I cannot give a review on my personal experience receiving services, but I feel that the treatment and service I received just planning the day must speak volumes for this business. My first On line review. I usually don’t take the time to review or leave comments because half the time I prefer not to complain and the other half I have never been provoked enough to do so. I use Citysearch often to look for businesses in my area that I might be interested in. I found Invidia this way and found their information and pictures quite pleasing. I then also visited their website which was helpful to make my decision to try them out. I have lived in the Metrowest Area for 20 years and have only used 2 salons in that time, which I have been very happy with. I decided that I wanted a change for the New Year and wanted to add some more wellness into my life. I have read many articles about better living, so I started seeking out massage and skin services and Spas. This Spa by far has the most elaborate and advanced equipment along with services that I have found. I visited the spa last week and was stunned by its beauty and tranquility. The pictures online are great, but they dont do it justice. I was also very happy and comforted by the level of knowledge of the staff that serviced me. Before my appointment, right at check in, I arrive early so I was also able to get a tour of the entire facility. What stood out right away is how clean the entire place is. The clientele I observed also seemed to be very happy, which for me speaks on behalf of the staff. Having such a positive experience that exceeded my expectations was truly refreshing. I hoped for the best, but I received even better. All the places I have been referred from restaurants to Auto Detailers, I have never been satisfied as much or motivated to write a review as I was at this Spa. I highly recommend this business. Invidia has always been the best Salon and Spa I’ve ever come across. I’ve been a loyal client since they opened back in 03 and I will never go anywhere else. They have always given me a great experience with outstanding results no-matter what service I’ve been for. This is a resort! It’s in a league of it's own!! Invidia is by far the best Salon and Spa I went to. I have to travel a lot, so I've seen quite a few places. Invidia is a find, and is worth the trip. more

You have to try this place! The staff are superb and highly qualified, my stylist Lisa is a perfectionist & highly recommendable. The atmosphere in the Spa is so calming and the establishment has so many features I don't know how to fully explain it in words. But one thing I do know is I can't wait to go back for my Lava Shell massage in 2 weeks. :) Pros: Everything Cons: nothing more
