Bad cut, bad color bad attitude.

A great salon with a geat sytlist! 3/15/2011

Citysearch brought me to this salon with nothing but GREAT reviews and how totally right they were so I thought I'd add one. I had an equally great experience with a stylist named Erin. Actually,.the overall experience was amazing because ever detail was accounted for when it came to customer service. I really appreciated the way I was greeted and the refreshments I was offered with my appointment. Truly a great salon and staff. more

Amazing! 3/15/2011

This spa is a beautiful hidden treasure in Sudbury, Ma...All of the services are so relaxing that you may just need to get a room at the Hotel next door :). You just fall into the deepest relaxing sleep...Not only are the services relaxing they are pretty affordable compared to some previous places I have gone to. I highly recommend Invidia and I love how soft and fresh my skin feels after my chocolate body melt treatment. Just bliss...... :))) more

YOU NEED TO GO!!!! 1/31/2011

To echo previous reviews, this is definitely the place to go if you have hair! Loved it here!. It is so hard to find a salon that can unleash the wonder that is a perfect hair do!! :) I also liked that my stylists wasn't overly chatty--I tend to like to zone out/zen out while getting a haircut. On top of the great service and skill, the salon is super nice and very relaxing. Lastly, I think the pricing is dead-on, but I'm from the west coast and was formerly paying $85 for a comparable (yet not quite as good) cut in San Francisco. My cut was $50 for those who are curious. Also, I did the math wrong on my receipt when I added the tip, but the salon charged me the correct amount, which is a huge plus (I had written the total at $10 more than it really was)...honesty is really appreciated! Definitely recommend! more

Great cuts!! 1/11/2011

Love my haircuts from this place! I've been getting my haircut anywhere from New York to San Francisco, and I never thought I'd find a place like this in the suburbs of Mass. Great place. I would recommend it to anybody! My hair stylist (Kate) is not afraid to make a bold move but always stays within the boundaries I set (I'd like my hair this length, etc). Just love it!!! more

Wonderful day at the salon. When you enter you are greeted by the friendliest staff and they offer you a fresh brewed cappuccino, how great is that! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well, it's like Disney world, everyone is smiling all the time! I usually get a color and style, sometimes a pedicure, whatever the service it is always fantastic. I feel very welcome and at home when I come here. They also have wonderful specials so it saves me money, even though their regular prices are not that expensive for what you get. Believe me you get the best service and the most amazing facility. Everything is very high end and immaculate! I am so happy to write this review, they deserve every bit of praise. more

Great visits, great service, easy holiday shopping!! 1/4/2011

Two great family visits, one by my Wife and the other by my mother. I purchased 2 holiday special for massage along with 2 holiday specials for nails. Both had fantastic experiences which made me extremely happy. Also on the day I purchased the gift cards the help staff at the salon was extremely helpful and accommodating. It made my holiday shopping easier. I would recommend this salon for their service. more

Committed!!! 12/10/2010

Until I discovered Invidia Salon, I was not capable of a committed relationship with another salon but as of now all that has changed. She has a great vision for my hair and is totally on trend with cut, color and products. I just got a Keratin treatment and it is the best money that i have ever spent. It has brought me infinite amounts of pleasure. I love it- everyday is a good hair day! more

Poor Treatment 12/9/2010

I just moved here and went to this salon for a bikini wax. The girl that waxed me was new at this type of work, I'm pretty sure. She was very rude to me. She made me feel really bad about myself and waxed one tiny strip from both sides of my bikini line with hard wax. She then said you are all set. I asked her to do the complete pantie line since I can't wear a bathing suit and she said I should have booked in for an upper leg wax instead. That I was way to hairy for just a bikini wax. I felt so bad and told her I would pay for an upper leg since I wanted to have an entire bikini wax. She said she doesn't have the time and I should have booked in correctly. She told me to re-book and come back another time and I should really get laser hair removal instead. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. I lived in Florida prior and have had many bikini waxes and no one has ever spoken to me so rudely. Since then I spoke to a few women in my play group and they told me they have had the same type of treatment there, but with facials. They told me about another spa and my experience was so different. I will never go back here. Bocca more

Five stars all round for: decor and layout,cucumber water! and tea selection, getting a tour as a new customer and everything about the facial and mani/pedi I had! Overall, my face looked fab, skin was relaxed and glowing, and felt really clean. ....really well done Invidia. more

I am so glad I found Invidia and it's in my neighborhood right under my nose. It wasn't until I realized that the fancy salon and spa my neighbors were talking about was actually within 1 mile of my house. I assumed it was a resort or a location they have visited. Sudbury is only a suburban town, so finding this treasure was amazing. The best way to describe it is that it has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere, truly welcoming. I also received excellent \services at prices that are reasonable that will keep you going back. I know I will never go anywhere else again especially since it is a 5 minute ride. Truly satisfied and and happy to pass on a recommendation review. more

I tried this place after finding it here, and I must say it so lived up to its reputation lots of great reviews. thank you very helpful. My visit started getting a cut, highlights, and blow dry. The staff were really friendly, energetic and professional, the space is really huge to with great decor and they were quick to provide me with beverages, magazines, whatever I needed to be comfortable. The color turned out great, and Ashley my stylist was wonderful. The price was affordable also and I'll certainly go back for more services. I am truly happy with my entire experience here. more

Head held high!! 11/10/2010

I’ve always had baby-fine hair that has been such a challenge to style. But after my first appointment at Invidia I now have the healthiest, most manageable, best-looking hair I’ve ever had! I’ve learned time and time again that trying to save money on cheaper salons only results in my hair slowly breaking from bad color jobs along with daily styling challenges from bad cuts. Ben cut and crafted my hair so perfectly, that I no longer get frustrated and just toss it up in a pony tail. I work with my new locks and take pride in my new style. Ben didn’t just cut and dye my hair, but took into consideration improving the overall health of my hair, as well as the look. Worth every penny! more

You totally receive the five star treatment at Invidia. They have created a space that instantly sets you at ease and you're able to completely relax and enjoy yourself. I can't recommend Invidia enough. You owe it to yourself to check it out! more

Great service each and every time I have had an appointment. The entrance sets the tone and reception is wonderful. I have been a frequent salon and spa guest, both areas are beautiful and grand. I could comfortably say it is the best I have experienced. more
