I went to this salon and was not happy at all. First off they didn't have my appointment correct and argued with me about it. They tried to pressure me into getting a facial or massage and I didn't feel comfortable. I felt like they wanted me to wait around so they could talk me into other services since the place was not busy at all. When I called to book the appointment I was disconnected twice. I then got my hair cut and they cut it way too short. I asked them to please make sure they don't take any length off. They also gossiped the entire time I was sitting there. I found the place unprofessional. I heard them bad mouthing other local establishments and I found that really degrading. It really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Meanwhile the person that cut my hair was going on about how she can't stand working there. It was not pleasant and for that reason I wouldn't ever go back or recommend it. When I was leaving another women walked out with me and felt the same way. She said she is looking for another salon and as soon as she finds one she will never be back. She also said most of her friends feel the same way.
