Most of the credit for the service we receive goes to Curt Baxter and his men for the prompt response to maintenance needs. When you hear the Bobcat our there at 6:00 am on a snowy morning you know you will be able to get out soon. Curt does a great job for us. more

Courteous employees, always willing to be helpful, maintenance crews respond promptly and efficiently. Residences are pleasant. Club house is excellent. Monthly gathering brings neighbors together. Good job. Well done! more

Just wanted to let you guys know that I paid the rest of the rent, plus the $50.00 late charge. And I appreciate the fact that you guys are patient with me. I know you are running a business, but you aren't on my hind-end when I am late and it is appreciated. Would be great to be able to generate rent every month with no problems, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way in this day and age:) So thanks. more

I would like to explain my appreciation to the gentleman that came to my place on the evening of Thanksgiving. I came home after being gone all day to an odor that to me smelled like something hot or smoldering. I called the emergency number and spoke to a very nice gentleman that said he would send someone out. He sent a gentlemen out and he did everything possible trying to find the odor. He could find nothing, so he called another person that also came out. He could not find anything so he called another one to bring a heat sensor. Still could not find anything except they thought it might be one of the bulbs in the kitchen. He removed the bulb. I just want you to know and please pass on how very much I appreciate these gentlemen leaving their families on a holiday to come and help me. They were all so nice and courteous. more
