I'm really pleased that I called Interstate - I really have never had air conditioning problems before. Jordan arrived and ready to get to work, but he made sure I was well aware of what the problem was and what it would take to solve it. I felt re-assured that I was treated "fair and square" - no pressure for service not needed. I consider him a professional @ his job. I will recommend Interstate to my neighbors! more

AC repair 7/12/2017

after AC quit, called IHAC first thing in morning, they set up a late afternoon appointment and actually called offering to send a technician several hours earlier. Technician Josh arrived as expected and had the cool air flowing about an hour later. Communications with IHAC were great. more

Service and maintenance 6/12/2017

|Jordan did a great job and was very thorough. I have used Interstate H & A to install my heat and air system and maintain it for me. They have done a excellent job, and all of the service technicians who have worked on my system have been professional and knowledgeable. more

Quality Service 8/31/2016

We have been with Interstate Heating and Air since 2007 at which time they installed a new Carrier unit alongside an existing (Rudd second unit. Interstate services both units twice a year and the techs have always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We recently had our 30-year Rudd unit replaced with a new Carrier and we could not be happier with the whole experience. If you need information about anything, Interstate is always courteous and prompt in addressing any question. I would recommend Interstate to anyone looking for a top-notch company who puts the interest of their customers first. They are highly regarded and show the utmost integrity. more

Service technician was very good and conducted himself in a very professional manor. Prices were pretty high for the r22 and the capacitor. This would leave many to shop around if they know how much you pay for the materials you use. Best Wishes more
