I'm really pleased that I called Interstate - I really have never had air conditioning problems before. Jordan arrived and ready to get to work, but he made sure I was well aware of what the problem was and what it would take to solve it. I felt re-assured that I was treated "fair and square" - no pressure for service not needed. I consider him a professional @ his job. I will recommend Interstate to my neighbors!
